Where appropriate we recommend meeting with your business to ensure we fully understand the business. If your business is smaller in nature, cover can be arranged by telephone and email.
We work with an exclusive cleaning scheme which provides industry specific cover and includes extensions such as Loss of Key, Financial Loss and Damage to Property Being Worked On.
Every client has a dedicated account director and claims handler if required. BBi will meet the business to understand the risks faced and ensure the appropriate cover is arranged. Regular risk and claims reviews will be carried out throughout the insurance period.

All cleaning types incl. high risk. Standard limits for Public Liability of £5m & Employers Liability of £10m; higher limits as required.
Cover can be arranged for a Fleet with a minimum of 3 vehicles. The fleet can be a mixture of private and commercial vehicles.
BBi have access to various specific schemes to cover your office, contents, computers and buildings.
Standard Liability policies will not provide the cover required for the cleaning industry. Standard exclusions for height work, treatment, misuse of phones, damage to property being worked upon will all be standard. Financial Loss will not be covered.
Our Cleaning Contractors cover will include specific extensions giving you the peace of mind that the appropriate cover is in place in the event that a claim occurs.

High Risk Trades
Cover can be arranged for trades that are viewed as high risk by insurers. These include window cleaning, abseiling and cradle work. We can arrange cover without a height limit.

You will have access to our Health & Safety specialist for half a day a year, this can include a free audit of your current H&S arrangements.
